RCBJSF-8 will held at University Hall of Univ. of Tsukuba.
Univ. of Tsukuba is located in Tsukuba city (Ibaraki prefecture), in the middle of Japan,
close to Tokyo (60 km of north-west of Tokyo), and only 1.5 hours from Narita International Airport by bus.
The university hall is in the center of university campus.
